Aerial Hoop Beginner ::

There are so many beginner aerial hoop moves out there! It can be a bit daunting when you start going to lessons. I know when I first started hoop just getting into it seemed really hard! I try to teach moves in a rough order of difficulty. We start underneath the hoop then progress to sitting in the hoop moves. Once a student feels comfortable.
